By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Agreement
By accessing or using the Enso Meraki website, placing an order, or communicating with us to initiate a purchase (including via WhatsApp or email), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order is the version that governs that transaction.

Products & Orders
What you're buying and how orders are processed.
Product descriptions
We take care to describe and present our products accurately. However, because our products are handcrafted and laser-cut, minor variations in grain, tone, and texture are inherent to the material and are not defects. No two pieces will be identical — this is a feature, not a flaw.

Product images on our website are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the pattern on the material.
Order acceptance
Placing an order — whether via our website, WhatsApp, or email — constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Enso Meraki (via WhatsApp or email) and, where applicable, a payment has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product description, or if we are unable to fulfil the order within a reasonable timeline. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
Orders via WhatsApp
Many of our orders — particularly corporate and bespoke orders — are placed via WhatsApp. These orders are governed by the same terms as website orders. A WhatsApp conversation confirming product, quantity, price, and delivery constitutes a binding agreement between you and Enso Meraki.

Custom & Personalised Orders
Special terms apply to made-to-order and engraved products.
Design approval
For all custom and personalised orders, we will provide a design proof for your approval before production begins. You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully — including spelling, layout, and engraving placement — and confirming that it is correct.

Once a design proof is approved and production begins, changes cannot be made. Enso Meraki is not liable for errors in a custom order that were present in an approved proof.
Non-refundable nature of custom orders
Custom and personalised products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. As a result, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is defective or was produced incorrectly relative to the approved design proof.

If you believe your custom order is defective or does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will review each case individually.
Customer-supplied artwork & logos
When you supply a logo, artwork, or other design for engraving, you confirm that you have the legal right to use that artwork and that its use does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Enso Meraki accepts no liability for claims arising from the use of customer-supplied artwork. By submitting artwork, you indemnify Enso Meraki against any such claims.

Pricing & Payment
How we price our products and what we accept.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed separately and are not included in the product price.

Prices for retail products are as listed on the website at the time of purchase. Prices for corporate and bespoke orders are provided in a written quote specific to your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed in writing.
Payment
For corporate and bespoke orders, payment terms are agreed at the time of your quote and may include an advance payment before production begins, with the balance due before dispatch.

For retail orders, full payment is required at the time of purchase during checkout.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and other methods communicated to you at the time of order or on the checkout page. Orders will not enter production until payment has cleared.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs for retail orders are visible on Checkout. Corporate orders are charged at actuals, clearly itemised in your quote.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is collected by the courier.

Enso Meraki is not liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds
How we handle returns, cancellations, and refunds.
General policy
Because many of our products are made to order and personalised, we handle return and refund requests on a case by case basis. We do not operate a blanket returns policy.

If you believe your order is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order details. We will assess each situation individually and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
​
Resolutions may include a replacement, a partial credit, a full refund, or another outcome appropriate to the specific situation. The resolution offered is at the discretion of Enso Meraki, based on the nature and evidence of the issue.
Cancellations
Order cancellations may be requested before production begins. Once production has started — including after a design proof has been approved — cancellations are not accepted and no refund will be issued.

For standard retail products not yet dispatched, cancellation requests will be considered at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp if you need to cancel.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Custom or personalised orders produced in accordance with an approved design proof.

Orders where the issue was caused by customer error — including incorrect addresses, incorrect information supplied for engraving, or failure to review a design proof before approval.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorisation from Enso Meraki.

Intellectual Property
Who owns what.
Our designs & content
All designs, product photographs, written content, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Enso Meraki Studio unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written permission.

Custom designs created by Enso Meraki for a client remain the property of Enso Meraki unless explicitly transferred in writing. We reserve the right to use photographs of completed orders for our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless you specifically request otherwise at the time of ordering.
Your supplied content
When you supply logos, artwork, or text for use in a custom order, you confirm ownership of or the right to use that content. You grant Enso Meraki a licence to use this content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Limitation of Liability
The extent of our responsibility.
Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enso Meraki's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, or reputational damage.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, power outages, or supply chain disruptions.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

How we handle your personal information.
Your data
We collect and use personal information — such as your name, contact number, email address, and delivery address — solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order and communicating with you about it.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties, except to courier partners as necessary for delivery.
By placing an order, you consent to us contacting you via WhatsApp or email regarding your order. We will not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.

Governing Law & Disputes
How disputes are handled and under which law.
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or any order placed with Enso Meraki shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns amicably before any formal proceedings are initiated.
